Maggie is a freelance writer, editor and producer. She has worked as a reporter, correspondent and/or freelancer for newspaper, magazine, television, radio and internet outlets over the past 20 years.
Maggie is co-author of the recently-released book, “Set Yourself Free: Reon Schutte’s 10 Principles to Break Out of Your Personal Prison through The Power of Choice“, co-author of the award-winning book, “Kirtan: Chanting as a Spiritual Path“; a contributing writer to the travel guidebook,“Pauline Frommer’s Guide to Costa Rica”; the creator, director, producer and writer of the premier environmental education web show, Super Natural Adventures; and the former editor of Lincoln Magazine.
Maggie has been a contributing news reporter for The New York Times and is also an ongoing newspaper and magazine features writer. In the features realm, her area of expertise is holistic health and wellness and travel writing, and she has published more than 75 articles in recent years in publications such as Yoga Magazine, Ode magazine, LA Yoga, The Exchange and The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
